We hope you are ready for your stay in Madeira!
We provide directions and a lock box containing the keys for a contactless arrival. This allows you to easily find where you are staying and enter without any check-in delays whenever you arrive. Post codes in Madeira are not reliable and Google doesnt know the names of many streets so we use Google locations and most of properties and the surrounding areas can be viewed on street view.
You are NOT met in person so we cannot collect identification information like a traditional hotel check-in desk nor can we accept cash payments of City Tourist Tax. We need you to send electronically the identification details for you and your family/group using our online check-in form. It helps our planning if this information and any special requests are sent several days prior to arrival.
We are not permitted to allow guests to stay who do not provide this information. There are no exceptions regardless of Nationality!
If you are flying to Madeira on the same day as you arrive in our accommodation, you MUST provide the flight number. If your flight is diverted or delayed you MUST tell us. Otherwise you may not be able to access the accommodation or contact us until the following day.
